If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, online purchases can be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be unworn and include all original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns on final sale items. Items at or below 40% discount are to be considered final sale.
To return an item for store credit or exchange please write us at email@example.com to request a return authorization number.
Please state the reason for return and specify whether the return is for exchange or store credit. If you choose exchange please specify the item you wish to exchange for so we can reserve it for you. We will issue a return authorization number that must be clearly written on the outside of the returned package. Packages shipped without a return authorization number may be denied at our discretion. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns must be shipped at the buyer’s expense except in instances when the item received was not what was ordered. Returns should be securely packaged and shipped by a reputable courier with tracking number and insurance. We recommend using UPS, DHL or Fedex. If sending with USPS please choose to have Signature Required. We will not accept returns for items that are lost, stolen or damaged. International returns are subject to customs fees which may be deducted at our discretion. For international returns please declare “returned goods of no commercial value” on all customs forms.

To make an EXCHANGE, please order the item you want as a new purchase, and allow 5 — 10 business days for us to process your return.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION
Departamento is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Departamento offers a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be credited to your Departamento account in the form of a store credit. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase when request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
PRICE MATCH POLICY
Departamento will match the price of non-sale styles available on other websites. Found a better price elsewhere? Please email us a link and we'll adjust your order and match the price. The exact style, color and size must be available at the lower price when submitting the request. Style must be represented on a website located and shipping from within the United States which sells clothing in US dollars.
RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS
All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required when placing a special order and is non-refundable.
